Envilog Secures Strategic Investment from GL Terminal to Scale Digital Logistics Infrastructure Across Indonesia
Wednesday, April 09 2025

Jakarta, April 09th, 2025. Envilog, a fast-growing digital logistics platform connecting Indonesia’s port terminals, depots, trucking providers, and Customs authorities, has secured a 30% equity investment from GL Terminal, one of Jakarta’s leading bonded logistics and freight infrastructure providers. The partnership, formalized in March 2025, lays the foundation for scaled expansion and deeper integration of Indonesia’s fragmented logistics ecosystem.
Founded to address inefficiencies in container movement and Customs coordination, Envilog offers a suite of cloud-based tools—including Envi-Customs, Envi-Truck, Envi-Port, Envi-Depot, and Envi-Bonded—that streamline digital coordination across the supply chain. The platform is currently integrated with five major port terminals in Jakarta and directly connected to Indonesia’s Ceisa 4.0 Customs system.

According to Yanti Agustinova, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Envilog, the partnership delivers the operational depth and infrastructure alignment needed to scale more rapidly. “Our goal has always been to digitize the container journey from end to end—from bonded zones and Customs filings to trucking and depot coordination,” said Agustinova. “With GL Terminal’s support, we’re able to bridge the gap between physical operations and digital control, giving our customers faster, more compliant, and more transparent logistics solutions.”
GL Terminal operates a bonded logistics facility in East Jakarta with a 17,500-square-meter PLB warehouse, 26,000-square-meter open yard and container depot, and a fleet of 200 trucks. Its services span international freight forwarding, domestic distribution, Customs clearance, and specialized reefer handling.
The investment comes as demand rises across Indonesia for automation, visibility, and regulatory compliance in container logistics. Envilog plans to use the momentum to extend its digital infrastructure into Surabaya, Semarang, and Belawan, with longer-term regional expansion into Malaysia and Thailand.

By combining real-time digital tools with on-the-ground logistics capabilities, Envilog and GL Terminal are positioning themselves to deliver scalable, efficient, and future-ready logistics services across Indonesia and beyond.
